Since 1977 our corporation is active in the construction sector. Here are some of our projects:

• Twelve (12) five-floor and six-floor apartment buildings of 19,000 m2 total surface

• A large section of the infrastructures in Volos 2nd Industrial Zone (I.Z.), in cooperation with KOROTZIS company.

• A section of the V.P.I. factory in Volos 2nd I.Z. , in cooperation with A&B PARATHIRAS company of 1,200m2 total surface.

• From foundation to full completion and all the extensions of the fertilizer factory VELESTINON company in 1st I.Z. of 18,000 m2 total surface.

• From foundation to full completion of GALANOS company building in Volos 1st I.Z. of  2,000 m2 total surface.

• The repairment and reconstruction of A.FOROULIS company’s facilities in Volos 1st I.Z. of 4,200 m2 total surface.

• The new production line of I.M.A.S company and the renovation of their facilities in Volos 1st I.Z.

• Maintenance and repairs of SYRMA company facilities in Volos 1st I.Z.

• Full construction of COOP company in Larissa of 3,000 m2 total surface and cost estimation of one (1) million €.

• Full construction of the cement additive storage in A.G.E.T. factory in Volos in cooperation with M.E.K. company of 5,145 m2 total surface and cost estimation of two (2) million €.
